2. CeCe Winans, ‘Joyful, Joyful: A Christmas Album’
On Oct. 25, musical powerhouse CeCeWinans released “Joyful, Joyful: A Christmas Album,” described as “a reimagined and expanded version of her previous holiday release, ‘Something’s Happening!’”

The gospel artist said of the release, “My new Christmas album, ‘Joyful, Joyful’ is finally here! I pray these songs bring joy to your holiday season as we celebrate Christ’s love.”
Tracks include “Joy to the World” and “Angels We Have Heard On High (Joyful, Joyful),” as well as “O Come, O Come, Emmanuel” and “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing.” Some other traditional songs on the album are “Feliz Navidad” and “Silent Night.” Winans’ son, Alvin Love III, produced the album and contributed five original songs to it.
